John was predeceased by his parents George & Catherine, brothers George Jr and James, sisters Betty, Catherine and Mary. John is survived by his wife of 44 years Patty, son John Jr. daughter Amber, sister Anne, brother Bob, and sister in law Cheryl and sister in law June Frew. Grandchildren Zachary and fiancée Chiara, Kieon, Noah, Tieoni, and Aiden. Many cherished nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, including his closest friend's adult children and so many others whose lives he touched along the way. John was a member of the local plumbers union and employed by Maximum security. If he were here to tell it, he was a movie star, a world famous 9 ball pool player, and one of the best golfers that ever lived, even better than his best friend Jim Yadlosky. John was a big man with an even bigger heart and will be missed by so many.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Paul's Church, Chenango Street, Binghamton, Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at St. Paul's Church, Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m.
