Bryan and I were old friends. I left the Binghamton area in 1999 and joined the DC Police Department. Bryan came down for my graduation and pinned my badge on. We met up a lot over the years. I will never forget him.

I taught Bryan at the police academy and again as one of his field training officers. We shared many of the same passions during our careers. Rest easy brother...you did well... until we meet again.

I owe so much to Bryan. When he got on the BPD, I had the honor of car coaching him as a rookie. He really had a passion for police work. He loved his Irish heritage and we would occasionally meet for a pint at the AOH Hall and attend the Irish Heritage Ball together. Bryan played a big part in helping me to land my last job at Lockheed Martin, for which I am eternally indebted to him.
He will be truly missed and will be in my prayers along with his family that he loved so much.
