Obituary of Rose A Meehan

Rose A. Meehan | Visit Guest Book Meehan, Rose A. Vestal: Rose A. Meehan, 97, of Vestal, formerly of Brooklyn, died Thursday, March 29, 2012, at the Willow Point Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband, John Meehan; her parents, John and Anna Myres; her sons, Joseph and Anthony Meehan; and a great-grandson, Ryan Meehan. She is survived by her children, Rosana and Shel Moore, IL, Sheila and Ralph Cloppse, Brooklyn, Dr. John and Kathy Meehan, Binghamton, James and Debbie Meehan, PA; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Willow Point Nursing Home North 1 for the extraordinary care and compassion shown to Rose during her stay and especially to Dr. Keith Kennedy. A Memorial Mass will be offered at St. Vincent dePaul Church, Clubhouse Road, Vestal, Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be on Long Island at the convenience of the family. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Rose may be made to St. Vincent dePaul Church, 165 Clifton Blvd., Vestal, NY 13850. Arrangements are by the J.A.
