Obituary of Charles J. Witteman

Charles J. Witteman | Visit Guest Book Witteman, Charles J. Harpursville: Charles J. Witteman, 48, of Harpursville, died Thursday evening, December 8, 2011 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his mother, Carol Witteman. He is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years, Teresa Witteman, Harpursville; his daughters, who he adored and loved, Ronnie Michelle and Rachael Marie; and his grandson, Adrian Tayler; his father, Charles and Mary Witteman, Naples, FL; sisters and brothers, Kathleen and Raed Al-Jallad, Binghamton, Beth and Mark Guley, Binghamton, David Witteman, Prescott, AZ, Thomas and Andrea Witteman, Binghamton; several nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of Chenango Valley High School and a U.S. Navy Veteran. Chuck was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his camp at Sandy Pond. The family wishes to thank all our friends and family for their support and a special thanks to Lourdes Hospice for their help and care giving. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Clubhouse Road, Vestal, Tuesday at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the J.A McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Monday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Chuck may be made to the American Cancer Society , 13 Beech St., Johnson City, NY 13790.
