Obituary of Olga C Downs

Olga C. Downs | Visit Guest Book Downs, Olga C. Port Dickinson: Olga C. Downs, age 95, of Port Dickinson, died Sunday morning, November 27, 2011, at Elizabeth Church Manor. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph M. Downs; her son-in-law, John P. Grace; and her sister, Iris C. Clementi. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Leonard Schiavone, Baldwinsville; her grandsons, Michael J. Grace, Hillcrest, Ryan and Sarah Grace, Port Dickinson; a brother, Robert J. Clementi, Johnson City; several nieces and nephews; two special God Children, Dorothea Smith and Carol Rueckle, both of Endwell. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Hillcrest and a retired employee of Olum's of Binghamton. The family wishes to thank the staff of Elizabeth Church Manor 3rd floor for the care and compassion shown to Olga. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Chenango Street, Hillcrest, Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Olga may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1031 Chenango Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. Arrangements are by the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton.
