Obituary of Mary B. Repinecz

Repinecz, Mary Blauvelt Binghamton: Mary B. Repinecz, 82, of Binghamton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Elizabeth Church Manor. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Frances Blauvelt; and her brothers, Raymond and Thomas Blauvelt. She is survived by her son, Joe Zapala, San Angelo, TX; daughter, Cathy and Bob Spring, Conklin; her grandchildren, Cynthia and Mike Hawver, Nicholson, PA, Kimberly Rainey, Binghamton; her great-grandchildren, Alexis, Cameron and Aneesa. Mary loved going to Bingo, especially at the American Legion on Robinson Street. She was known to her friends as "Bingo Mary". She especially enjoyed her trips to Turning Stone and Atlantic City. Mary retired from NY Telephone Co. in Ithaca after 35 years of service. The family would like to thank all the staff at Elizabeth Church Manor for their extraordinary care and compassion. She was "one of a kind". Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Saturday at 3 p.m. Reverend Janet Abel will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, on Tuesday. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Saturday from 1-3 p.m
