Ines Rea, 79, of Binghamton, died Sunday morning, January 9, 2005 at the home of her son in Vestal. She was predeceased by her husband, Gigi Rea; and her parents, Giovanna and Benedetto Fallone. She is survived by her children, Roberto and Ro Rea, Houston, Tex., Fedora and John Boyd, Binghamton, Dolores and Bert Glazier, Hubbardsville, Aldo Rea and Prudy Szelkowski, Binghamton, Adrian and Michelle Rea, Vestal; 13 grandchildren, Rachel, Staci, Eric, Erin, Travis, Corey, Brett, Amy, Ashley, Brittany, Lee, Robert and Victoria; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Armando Fallone, Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Angelina Caffolla, N. Ireland; several nieces and nephews. Ines was a member of St. Paul's Church, Binghamton, and the Altar-Rosary Society. She was a retired employee of the General Electric Corp. in Westover, past-president and secretary of the Knights of Columbus, Peter T. Campon Council #206 Auxiliary, an avid bingo and card player and enjoyed her Saturday card club. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. and at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Ines may be made to the Hospice Program, c/o Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, 169 Riverside Drive, Binghamton, N.Y. 13905 or St. Paul's Church Restoration Fund, 15 Doubleday St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
