Obituary of Barbara A. Gialanella

Barbara M. Gialanella of Binghamton died Friday morning, April 9, 2004, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her son, Earl F. "Chip" Gialanella, Jr.; and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Earl F. Gialanella, Binghamton; three daughters and son-in-law, Joanne and Michael Thornton, Pittsford, Susan Gialanella, Rochester, Tracey Keiser, Charlotte, N.C.; five grandchildren, Christopher, Molly and Patrick Thornton, Courtney McCarthy, Vincent Gialanella; a sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and William Bowen, Charlotte, N.C.; brother and sister-in-law, Gevon and Shirley Sognalian, Binghamton; several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, on Monday. Rev. John E. Mikalajunas, pastor of St. John the Evangelist Church, Binghamton, will officiate. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
