Obituary of Ruth A. Higgins

Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and daughter, Ruth A. "Dee Dee" Higgins, joined her son, Kenny, in Heaven on Monday, July 21, 2003, in the arms of her twin daughters, Donna Carrico, Endicott and Dawn Bronson, Virginia Beach, Va., and daughter, Rhonda Pudiak, Binghamton. We were blessed with her love and cherish her memory. She is also survived by her mother, Stella Kittle, Binghamton; and son-in-law, Stephen Pudiak, Binghamton; three grandchildren, Andrea Husband, Vestal, Karen Darrah and Paula Pudiak, both of Binghamton; eight great-grandchildren, Heather, Stevie, Allyssa, Geoffrey, Ryan, Morgan, Ashley and Emily who brought her much joy. Ruth was a retired employee of the General Electric Corp. in Westover with 20 years of service. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Christopher's Church, Castle Creek Rd., Binghamton, Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m.
