Blanche E. Leach Obituary

Blanche

E. Leach, 89, of Binghamton, died Thursday afternoon, May 15, 2003, at Our Lady

of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, David Leach; and her

pets, her Husky, Juneau, and her cat, Baby. She is survived by her daughter,

Ruth Leach, Binghamton; her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sharon Leach,

Liverpool; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and her Husky,

"Koyuk". She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church,

Binghamton, and a retired employee of Singer-Link where she was a pastry cook

and worked in plant 1 and plant 2, and in Kirkwood. Blanche was a lifelong

lover of animals and she found all animals to be beautiful. She enjoyed her

friends at the Day Care Center on Isbell St.


Funeral services will be held at

the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Monday, at

11:30 a.m. and at 12 noon at St. John the Evangelist Church where a Funeral

Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The

family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Sunday, from 2 to 5 p.m.
