Obituary of Carol J. Hollister

Carol J. Hollister, 56, of Binghamton, died Tuesday evening, December 3, 2002, at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Margaret Burke. She is survived by a son, Michael K. Hollister, Binghamton; a brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Annette Burke, Johson City; several nieces and nephews; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kenneth and Louise Hollister, Friendsville, Pa.; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Ron and Rita Hollister, Gary Hollister. Carol was a member of St. James Church, Johnson City. She was a classified advertising sales representative at the Press & Sun-Bulletin for over 26 years and a graduate of Johnson City High School. Funeral services will be held at the J. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Saturday, at 9 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m. at St. James Church, Johnson City, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Friday from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
