Obituary of Eleanore H. Micks

Eleanor Hart Micks, 83, of Chenango Bridge, died Wednesday evening, November 29, 2000, at Elizabeth Church Manor. She was predeceased by her husband, Gustave G. Micks; her parents, Clarence and Ella Hart; her brothers, Edward and Raymond Hart; her sisters Bernetta Manning and Elizabeth Durgala. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Romayne and Edward Dooley, Kirkwood; brother-in-law, Arthur and Dorothy Micks, Chenango Forks; sisters-in-law, Ruth Schabel, Conklin, Emma Watkins, Las Vegas, Nev., Doris Hart, Bealeton, Va.; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Christopher's Church, Hinmans Corners, and a retired 40 year employee of the G.A.F. Corporation. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Saturday, at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Donald C. Van Amburgh, her pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 11:30 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Eleanor may be made to the American Cancer Society, 57 Front Street, Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.
