Obituary of M. Madeline Heath

M. Madeline Carns Heath, Binghamton, died Tuesday morning, December 12, 2000, at her home. She was predeceased by her son, John Heath, her brothers, Francis, Jack, Thomas, Paul and Norman Carns, a sister, Kathleen Lessler and her parents, Ernest and Bessie Carns. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Gerald Hollenbeck, Kathleen Luberecki; a son and daughter-in-law, Francis and Jacqueline Heath, all of Binghamton; nine grandchildren Patrick, Michael and Lee Ellen, Tom and Priscilla, John Hollenbeck, Timothy, Christopher, Gregory and Valerie Luberecki, John Heath, Pamela and Scott Van Sylke; four great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Vita Heath, Middlefield; several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her loving and caring daughter "Ma". She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton and a retired 40 year employee of the G.A.F. Corporation. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Saturday at 12 noon. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Madeline may be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis Tenn. 38105-1905 or the Police Athletic League, c/o Binghamton Police Dept., Governmental Plaza, Binghamton, N.Y. 13902
