Robert

B. Story, 63, of Brackney, Pa. died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 11, 2001 as

the result of an accident. He is survived by his wife, Alice F. Story,

Brackney, Pa.; his sons, grandchildren, and loved ones. He was the proprietor

of Country Bob's in Kirkwood and Story and Sons Construction. He was a Shriner

and raised significant funds for the Shriners Hospital, Memphis, Tenn. Better

known as a Tennessee hillbilly, he was known for his country and western bands

and for his generosity and for helping others. He was a veteran of the United

States Air Force. He will be missed! Funeral services will be held at the J.A.

McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Friday at 11:30 a.m.

Ron Bogart will officiate. The family will receive friends at the McCormack

Funeral Home, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family desires

that friends make memorial contributions to any charity that will aid the

victims of the New York City Disaster.
