Obituary of Robert B. Story

Robert B. Story, 63, of Brackney, Pa. died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 11, 2001 as the result of an accident. He is survived by his wife, Alice F. Story, Brackney, Pa.; his sons, grandchildren, and loved ones. He was the proprietor of Country Bob's in Kirkwood and Story and Sons Construction. He was a Shriner and raised significant funds for the Shriners Hospital, Memphis, Tenn. Better known as a Tennessee hillbilly, he was known for his country and western bands and for his generosity and for helping others. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He will be missed! Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Friday at 11:30 a.m. Ron Bogart will officiate. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family desires that friends make memorial contributions to any charity that will aid the victims of the New York City Disaster.
