Obituary of Jose M. Tormos

Jose M. Tormos, 70, of Binghamton, died Sunday morning, January 12, 2003, at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cecelia Tormos, Binghamton; a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Joy Tormos, Pa.; his grandchildren, Peter, Joseph, Alexander and Josette Tormos; a brother, Nestor L. Tormos, Dominican Republic; a sister, Mabel H. Tormos, N.J. He was self-employed and was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton Tuesday, at 10 a.m. Deacon Edward Blaine of St. Ambrose Church, Endicott will officiate. Friends of the Fernandez family are welcome. Burial will be in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira.
