Edna M. Warner, 87, of Binghamton, died

Thursday afternoon, May 16, 2002 at the Susquehanna Nursing Center. She was

predeceased by her husband, Andy Warner. She is survived by a son and

daughter-in-law, Win and Sandy Warner, Chenango Bridge; grandchildren, Jodi and

Matt Fendick, Edward Warner, all of Binghamton; a great-granddaughter, Sydney

Fendick; a sister, Lillian Goldie, Canada; brothers, Gord Carter, Cliff and

Audrey Carter, all of Canada; two special nieces, Joyce Tindale and Lois

Oliver. She was a member of the First Ward Senior Citizens. Funeral services

will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton,

Monday at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Kenneth Wood, Pastor of Central United Methodist

Church, Endicott, will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Sunday from 4 to

7 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Edna may be made to the American

Cancer Society, 31 Adams Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760, or the American Diabetes

Assoc., 356 N. Midler Ave., Syracuse, N.Y. 13206.
