Obituary of Corrine F. Newman

Corrine F. Newman, 67, of Binghamton, died Saturday evening, July 13, 2002 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, Pa. She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Myers. She is survived by her children, Hermione and Roger Pickett, Vestal, Daphne Gathers, Binghamton, Arlene Myers, Natalie Myers, both of Bronx; her mother, Nellie Newman, New York City; 10 grandchildren; four sisters, Rose Newman, New York City, Sudie Newman, Ocala, Fla., Cumella O'Briant, Willingboro, N.J., Alease Newman, New York City; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Landmark Church, Binghamton. Funeral services will be held at the Landmark Church, corner of Court and Centenary Streets, Binghamton, Friday at 11 a.m. Rev. Dan Little, her pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Forest Cemetery, Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the Landmark Church Friday from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Expressions of sympathy, in her memory, may be made to Landmark Church, 126 Court St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
