Millard, Barbara B. Binghamton: Barbara B. Millard, 66 of Binghamton, died Saturday January 12, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Agnes Brown; a sister, Ellen; and a brother, Richard. She is survived by her son, Marc Millard, Binghamton; a sister, Roberta and James Vernon, NC; nephews, Chris and Nancy Davies; niece, Debra and Randy Holden; great nephew, Chris Holden; great niece, Ashley Holden; and many very dear friends. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton. Barbara retired from AT&T Telephone Co. as a Telephone Operator with 30 years of service. She enjoyed Bingo. A Memorial Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton, Friday January 18, 2013 at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City at the convenience of the family.
