Robert B.

(Bob) Cronin, 91, of Binghamton and Quaker Lake, Pa., died Wednesday, April 3,

2002 at Elizabeth Church Manor. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mildred

J. Cronin in 1973; and by his second wife, Theresa A. Cronin in 1999. He is

survived by a son, Robert O. Cronin, Belton, Tex.; a special friend, Donald

Feheley, Jr., Binghamton; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a

life long member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Binghamton and a member of

its Holy Name Society. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Navy from

1942 to 1945 and was a member of the American Legion. After establishing his

own accounting practice over 50 years age, Bob continued to operate his

business until his recent retirement. During these years, he was a member of

the National Society of Public Accountants and the Empire State Association of

Public Accountants. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons

Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton Saturday at 9 a.m. and at 9:30 a.m. at

St. John the Evangelist Church, Binghamton, where a Funeral Mass will be

offered. Burial will be in Quaker Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial

donations in Bob's name may be made to the Robert B. and Theresa A. Cronin

Scholarship Fund at Broome Community College Foundation, Inc., PO Box 1017,

Binghamton, N.Y. 13902, or to the charity of one's choice.
