Obituary of Thomas J. Curley

Thomas J. Curley, 65, of Binghamton, died Tuesday, September 10, 2002, at his residence. He was predeceased by his parents, Albinus and Noralene Curley. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Curley, Endicott; his son, Thomas E. Curley, New York City; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Jo Anne Curley, Binghamton; mother of his children, Sharon Smith; nieces and nephew, Coleen and Jonathan Franzel, Cheryl Curley, Brian and Jeanne Curley. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton. He was a retired Captain with the Binghamton Fire Department, retiring after 34 years of service, and a US Army veteran, serving in Korea. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Friday at 1 p.m. and at 1:30 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Silver Lake, Pa. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Friday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m.
