Obituary of Mary A. McMahon

Mary A. Flynn McMahon, 81, of Johnson City, died Saturday afternoon, October 5, 2002, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Robert J. McMahon, and her son, John K. McMahon. Mary is survived by her children, Maureen and Robert Quinn, Dennis and JoAnn, Leo and Kathy McMahon, M. Suzanne McMahon, Christine and Jeff Mischler, Kathryn and Frank Forno, Brian and Maureen McMahon, Peggy Ryan McMahon, M. Bridget and Phillip McDonald, Rita and Jim Maddi, Marty and Claudia McMahon, Laura and Richard Kuhnen, Phil and Colleen McMahon; 42 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Rita Flynn and Margaret McCabe; sisters-in-law, Teresa and John Burns, Vivian McMahon and Marie McMahon; many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a founding member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Johnson City and a Eucharistic minister. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Blessed Sacrament Church, Cenancle Plaza, Johnson City, on Wednesday at 12 noon. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mary may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, Cenacle Plaza, Johnson City, N.Y. 13790.
