Ann M.

Sullivan, 80, of Binghamton, died Tuesday morning, January 1, 2002 at Wilson

Memorial Regional Medical Center. She was predeceased by her parents, John and

Anna Sullivan; her sisters, Helen, Margaret and Mary Sullivan; her brothers,

John, William and Michael Sullivan. She is survived by her sister, Catherine

Guthrie, Binghamton; her nieces, Anne and Edward Aman, Kathleen and Barry

Duppstadt, Mary Guthrie, Karen and Victor Kaulins; her nephews, Thomas and

Barbara Guthrie, Jack and Dorothy Sullivan; several great-nieces, nephews and

cousins. Ann was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton

and a retired 26 year employee of the General Electric Company in Westover.

Funeral services will be held at theJ. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main

St., Binghamton, Friday at 1 p.m. and at 1:30 p.m. at St. Mary of the

Assumption Church, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in

Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the

McCormack Funeral Home Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. Expressions of sympathy, in memory

of Ann, may be made to the American Heart Association, 59 Court St.,

Binghamton, N.Y. 13901, or the American Diabetes Association, 356 N. Midler

Ave., Syracuse, N.Y. 13206.
