Obituary of Margaret A Nealon

Nealon, Margaret A. Formerly of Binghamton: Margaret A. Nealon, 86, of Rochester, formerly of Binghamton, died Tuesday, January 8, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo Nealon; and her siblings, John, Michael, Mary and Gertrude. She is survived by her children, Mari and Michael Begeal, Leo Nealon and Nancy Nealon; her grandchildren, Amberleigh and Paul Sternquist, Matthew, Kristi; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Evan, Jacob and Jakilyn; her sisters-in-law, Marion Brennan, Bette Rae Nealon, Claudia Nealon; brothers-in-law, Arthur Coddington and Gerald Rollo; numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton, and a longtime employee of Catholic Charities of Broome County and a member of the Ladies of Charity. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton, Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Friday from 4-7 p.m. It would be her wish to serve those in need.
