John D.

Mollen, 42, of Flint, Mich., formerly of Binghamton, died Tuesday, August 7,

2001, in Flint, Mich. He was predeceased by his mother, Rita Mollen. He is

survived by his daughter, Nicole Mollen, N. Tonawanda; his parents, John C. and

Anne Mollen, Vestal; his brothers, Gerald and Elizabeth Mollen, Vestal, James

Mollen, Atlanta, Ga., Robert Mollen, Laurel, Md., Daniel and Mary Jean Mollen,

Annapolis, Md., Timothy and Amanda Mollen, Falls Church, Md.; several aunts,

uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. John was a graduate of Seton Catholic

Central High School and Mott Community College, Flint, Mich. He served eight

years in the United States Marines, including the Gulf War. Funeral services

will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton,

Saturday, at 8:30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton,

where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery,

Norwich, N.Y., with Graveside services Saturday, at 11 a.m. The family will

receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
