Kellis L. Jackson Obituary Jackson, Kellis L. Binghamton: Kellis L. Jackson, 87 of Binghamton died Thursday January 3, 2013 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his wife, Abbie Jackson and a sister, Audrey Yocum. He is survived by his children, Mark and Caroline Jackson, Westminster, MD, Kelly and Michael Galus, Johnson City, Michael and Theresa Jackson, CA; his grandchildren, Nicholas Johnson, Keaton McNamara, Aubrey Galus, Katie and Ellie Jackson, Evan and Renee Jackson, Brianna Jackson; great-grandchildren, Sonja Jackson, S. Vincent Johnson, Anthony Johnson. Kellis was a retired 20 year employee of Universal Instruments. He was a graduate of Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and an Army Air Force Veteran of World War II. He enjoyed reading, smoking his pipe and eating chocolate and an avid dog lover. Special thanks to Joe Brown and the staff at Wilson Memorial ST3. Private funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton on Monday, January 7. Reverend Ernest A. Steffensen will officiate. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
