Brooks, Miriam L. Binghamton: Miriam L. Brooks, 93 of Binghamton, formerly of East Hampton, LI, died Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Her survivors include her daughter and son in law, Kim and Dr. Robert Bain, Vestal; grandaughters, Jacqueline Bain, Kathryn and David Shaw; great-grandchildren, Jocelyn and Ashton-Shaw. The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Louise Manor and Elizabeth Church Manor for their kind and compassionate care of our mother. Memorial services will be in East Hampton, LI. in the summer of 2013. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Miriam may be made to St. Louise Manor Quality of Life Fund, 861 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. Arrangements are by the J.A.McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, NY.
