Obituary of Nell N. West

Nell N. West, 67, of Vestal and Laurel Lake, Pa., died Thursday afternoon, December 13, 2001 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, James E. West, Vestal; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Rosanne West, Brackney, Pa.; a daughter, Lisa West, Albuquerque, N. Mex.; two grandchildren, Angelica and Adam West; a brother, Alfred Searcy, Ala.; an uncle, W.W. Nicholas, Ala. She was a retired 31 year employee of the Binghamton University Bookstore, a member of the B.C. Iceman Booster Club and enjoyed spending her summers at Sandy Pond, N.Y. Funeral services will be held at theJ. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Sunday at 2 p.m. Rev. David C. Seaver, Chaplain of Pastoral Care at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, will officiate. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Sunday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy, in Nell's memory, may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 356 N.
