Sean Michael O'Brien, 41, of Binghamton,

died Friday, January 25, 2002 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center after

a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas

O'Brien. He is survived by his wife, Michelle O'Brien, Binghamton; his

children, Devin and Colin O'Brien; his mother, Winnie O'Brien, Binghamton; two

sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Del Chamberlain, Pt. Dickinson, Susan

and Tom Mollo, Binghamton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Kevin and Kate

O'Brien, Binghamton, Tim and Dorothy O'Brien, Camillus, Vincent O'Brien,

Jacksonville, Fla.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was

an EKG Technician in Florida and was employed at Willow Point Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main

St., Binghamton, Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. and at 1 p.m. at St. Andrew's Church,

Binghamton, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary

Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the McCormack

Funeral Home, Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of

sympathy may be made to a trust fund for Devin and Colin, c/o GHS Federal

Credit Union, 910 Front St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.
