Obituary of Marian E Pridmore

Marian E. Pridmore, 84, formerly of Byron, N.Y., died Saturday afternoon, April 13, 2002 at the Vestal Nursing Center. She was predeceased by her husband, George Pridmore; her parents, Frank and Catherine Cole; brothers, Daniel Cole and Francis "Tony" Cole; and sisters, Margo Menzies and Betty Broadbent. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Richard Kumrow, Brackney, Pa.; two granddaughters, Jo Ann and Jill Kumrow; a brother, Foster and Carol Cole, Brockport; a sister, Barbara Gaylord, Clarendon; sisters-in-law, Audrey Cole, Clarendon, Irene Cole Jenkins, Holley; many nieces and nephews. Marian was a retired 32 year employee of the General Electric Corporation. Funeral services will be held at Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 39 Geddes Street, Holley, N.Y. Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in N. Byron Cemetery, Byron. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Byron Volunteer Fire Department or the Animal Care Council, 131 Washington St., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
