William Paul McAlister, Jr., 92, of

Binghamton died Wednesday afternoon, May 15, 2002 at the Chenango Memorial

Hospital, Norwich. He was predeceased by his wife, Lucille McAlister; his son,

James McAlister; and a grandson, Mark Sierzant. He is survived by a daughter,

Jean Sierzant, Apalachin; two sons and daughter-in-law, Robert and Maureen

McAlister, Hillcrest, Kenneth McAlister, Binghamton; 11 grandchildren; 17

great-grandchildren. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton, a

veteran of WWII and a member of American Legion Post 80. He was a retired 38

year employee of Chemung Spring Water, Co. A Funeral Mass will be offered at

St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in

Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. Arrangements are by the J.A. McCormack Sons

Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, N.Y.
