Anna M. King, 85, of Binghamton and Lake Lorain, Poyntelle, Pa., died Saturday, November 16, 2002, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Helen King. She is survived by a sister, Helen Haggerty, Boynton Beach, Fla.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John P. and Loretta King, Binghamton, Joseph and Marion King, Susquehanna, Pa.; niece, Mary Ellen and Duane Bronson, Binghamton; nephews, Daniel Haggerty, Binghamton, Jerome and Vickie Haggerty, Rochester, Timothy and Diane Haggerty, Sante Fe, N.Mex., Patrick King, Oakland, Calif., Brian and Nancy King, Corvallis, Oreg.; many great-nieces and nephews; a cousin, Mary Maloney, Susquehanna, Pa. Anna was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton. She was born in Susquehanna, Pa., graduated from Laurel Hill Academy and Lowell School of Business. She retired from Singer-Link after many years of service as executive secretary. Anna was a longtime summer resident of Lake Lorain, Poyntelle, Pa., where she enjoyed her cottage. Recently she was a resident of Hilltop Retirement Center where she received excellent care and attention. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Wednesday, at 9 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m., at St. Patrick's Church, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m.
