Obituary of Joan T. Gallagher

Joan T. Gallagher, 73, of Binghamton died Wednesday May 6, 2015 at Binghamton General Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, Helen Madigan Gallagher and Joseph Gallagher; her brother, Eugene and Joyce Gallagher. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Gallagher, Binghamton; her brother, Thomas and Mary Gallagher, Vestal; a niece, Ann Marie and John Moffe, Johnson City; two nephews, Edward Gallagher, New York City, Joseph and Kathy Gallagher, Vestal; a great niece, Sydney Gallagher; many friends and cousins. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton and a retired employee of Binghamton General Hospital. The family wishes to thank the staff and her many friends at Bridgewater Nursing and Rehabilitation for the care and compassion shown to Joan. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton on Saturday at 9:30am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St, Binghamton Friday from 4-6pm.
