Obituary of Earl F. Gialanella

Earl F. Gialanella, 89 of Binghamton, died Wednesday April 8, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Sognalian Gialanella; his son, Earl F. "Chip" Gialanella, Jr.; and his daughter and son in law, Joanne and Michael Thornton. He is survived by his daughters, Susan Gialanella, Rochester, Tracey Keiser and Steve Santee, Charlotte, NC; a daughter in law, Laurie Gialanella, Vestal; five grandchildren, Christopher, Molly, Patrick Thornton; Courtney McCarthy, Vincent Gialanella; very dear friends, Louise Cline and Mark Millard. Earl was the proprietor of Haggerty & Forbes Men's Clothing Store and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Reverend Monsignor John P. Putano will officiate. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
