Obituary of Mary I. Parsons

Parsons, Mary I. Cheeseman Binghamton: Mary I. Cheeseman Parsons, 87, of Binghamton, died Saturday evening, November 17, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband, George W. Parsons. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Parsons, Phoenix, AZ, Judy Hanifin, Oyster Bay; her grandchildren, Carolyn and Jim Scacchetti, Vicki and Neal Keavney, Sean Hanifin, Ryan Hanifin; sisters, Ruth Bernard, Alma Wells, Sara Hastings, Edna Reese, Vera and Ken Cornwell; a brother, Albert and Rose Cheeseman; several nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton, and a very devout Catholic. She enjoyed crocheting. A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Vestal Avenue, Binghamton, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Mary may be made to the Church of Saints John and Andrew, 7 Livingston St., Binghamton, NY 13903. Arrangements are by the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton.
