Obituary of James Maxwell

James S. Maxwell, 89, of Johnson City, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Helena Maxwell. He is survived by cousins. He was a graduate of Johnson City High School and was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. He was a member of the YMCA in Binghamton where he enjoyed swimming. He also enjoyed photography. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Wednesday at 2 p.m. Reverend Ernest A. Steffensen will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call at the McCormack Funeral Home Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
