Diane Marie Truex, 79, of Binghamton, New York went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2025, at Mercy House. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gordon E. Truex; her daughter, Shelley A. Truex, Esq., her husband, Mark A. Quarantillo, Esq., their children, Cole J. Quarantillo and Mia R. Quarantillo; her daughter, Andrea R. Balcom, her husband, Dr. Donald C. Balcom, their children, Austin D. Balcom and Alaina R. Balcom; and her cousin, Michael Gumbach and his wife Kathy. Diane enjoyed spending time with her family, travel and reading. She will be remembered for her generosity and love.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Vestal Avenue, Binghamton, Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Holy Spirit Cemetery, Kattelville. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 N.
