Obituary of Joseph Michael Fitzpatrick, Jr.

J. Michael Fitzpatrick, Jr., 67 of Endicott, died Thursday March 13, 2014 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph M. Fitzpatrick, Sr. He is survived by his children, Jennifer Fitzpatrick, Kelly Diffendorf, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Patrick Stauder; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Mia, Brooke, Leah, Noah; his mother, Marion Krupitza; a sister, Patricia and Stephen Pollack; his brother, Ronald and Donna Fitzpatrick; several nieces and nephews and good friends, Gary Duncan and Nick Kidd. Mike was a graduate of Catholic Central High School Class of 1965 and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Memorial services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton Monday at 11 a.m. Reverend Corey S. VanKuren will officiate. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Monday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Mike may be made to any charitable organization.
