Gail Nesbit Williams (Coward) was born on February 9, 1954 to William Dill and Evelyn Williams in Philadelphia, PA. She was one of nine children. She was educated in the Philadelphia Public School System and established her home in Binghamton, NY. Gail was a proud mother, grand/great grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a person of many talents, an advocate for justice, caretaker, small business owner, member of organizations (Prince Hall Order Eastern Star Inc.-NY and Temple Beth El-22nd Tabernacle) and so much more. On January 1, 2025, the All Wise and All Knowing peacefully called Gail home, surrounded by her family. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
Her celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Binghamton. Family & Friends viewing 2pm-3:30pm, Service 3:30pm. The Repast 6pm at the Polish Community Center-347 Prospect St. Binghamton. Cards can be mailed to PO Box 583 Johnson City, NY 13790 and flowers sent to the Universalist Unitarian Congregation of Binghamton-183 Riverside Dr. Binghamton 13905.
