Obituary of Matthew M. Miller

Matthew Miller, 84, of Hillcrest, died Friday, March 7, 2014, at his home. He was predeceased by his wife, Marion Miller and his daughter, Judy Kellar. He is survived by a daughter, Janice McDuffee; his granddaughter, Debra Kellar, Hillcrest; great-grandchildren, Cody Wells, Shawn Wells, Hailey Wells; two sisters, Shirley and Phillip Casiuk, Theresa and Joseph Horvatt; several nieces and nephews; a son-in-law, Gerald Kellar. He was a longtime member and usher of St. Paul's Church, Binghamton, and a graduate of St. Paul's High School. He was a retired employee of the IBM Corporation and a member and secretary of the Binghamton Bowling Association. He was a member of the Endicott Elks and served in the National Guard for 13 years. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Paul's Church, Binghamton, Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Wednesday from 10-11 a.m.
