Patrick Michael Connors, 83, of Binghamton, NY is whole again. On September 13, 2024, he peacefully transitioned while surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by Mary, his devoted wife of 59 years, son James (Sonya) Connors, and daughter Jennifer (Timothy) Katusha. He leaves a legacy of unwavering love for his four grandchildren, Shannon, Sean, Jackson, and Alexander. He also leaves behind siblings Kathleen Dubbels, Colleen Kuehner, Michael Connors, Ellen Hantsch, and Thomas Connors. Patrick is predeceased by his parents Edward and Margaret Connors, brothers Dennis and Timothy Connors, and sister Peggy McCormack.

Patrick was an IBM engineer for 30 years who enjoyed birdwatching, music of all genres, unusual words, fishing, biking long, windy country roads, making the world's largest salads, sneaking unbuttered/unsalted popcorn into the movie theaters, and absolutely ANYTHING that involved having his bride at his side.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Court Street, Binghamton, Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Patrick's memory may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 N. McKinley Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760.
