Obituary of Joan J. Kline

June 9,1931-July 2, 2024 Joan was predeceased by her parents Rose & Ed Reed, Husbands Rev. Jack Kline, Louie Raimondi, brother Art Dufner, granddaughter Jennifer Medovich, daughter in law Evelyn Medovich, and father of her children, Robert Medovich. Joan is survived by her children, Larry Medovich, Linda (Gary) O'Neil, and Robin (George) Kermidas. Joan was Gram, aka Gramcracker to many of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 7 grandchildren including Cassy (Jeff), Tara (Earl/Bud), Rob (Kristy), Stefanie, Chris (Cat), Nicholas (Jess), and Demetra (Corey). 9 great grandchildren including Kayla,Chelsea, Andrea, Alex,Milana, Danika, Aria,Maximus, and Bodhi. Joan was known for her sense of style, so much so, she was voted best dressed of North High! Joan always loved to entertain others, and we can't forget how much she enjoyed her daily 4pm happy hour. Joan lived in Binghamton then moved to Florida, then to State College, PA where she had many close friends including Wendi & Diane. Joan moved back to Binghamton the last several years of her life to be close to family. Joan always loved to travel, especially on cruises and to Myrtle Beach, SC. The family would like to give special thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Susquehanna Nursing Home. A memorial service will be held Saturday July 20th at St. Mark's Episcopal Church 728 River Road Chenango Bridge,NY with visitation 10am-11am and a service following.
