Margaret Eleanor Coleman of Vestal, NY passed away peacefully on August 24, 2023. She was 91 years old and was predeceased in death by her beloved husband of 27 years, John "Jack" Kile in 2013. Eleanor enjoyed the last 11 years of her life at the Assisted Living facility in Castle Gardens.

Eleanor was born in Lawton, PA on September 5, 1931 of the late Martin M. Coleman and Genevieve McManus Coleman. Eleanor was a 1949 graduate of Rush High School and a 1953 graduate of Marywood College.

Eleanor began her career with the Binghamton Press working as a reporter for several years. In 1963 she moved to Wisconsin and worked for the Milwaukee Journal for 27 years. She completed her career as Woman's Editor.

Eleanor loved to travel. She and Jack made many trips around the world as well as their snow bird stays in Pensacola, Florida.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday September 11, 2023 at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Middletown, PA at 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at the Hayloft in Lawton, PA at 12 noon.
