Obituary of Carolyn Saldun

Carolyn Saldun passed away peacefully on August 19, 2023 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Helen Saldun. She leaves behind her beloved sister Patricia Kaplan (Richard) and her cousins Joan and David Gavrilik. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. There will be a time to share a few memories, a reading by her sister and a farewell song. A Graveside Service will be held at Vestal Hills Memorial Park Wednesday at 12 noon. Rev. Msgr. John P. Putano will officiate. The family would also especially like to thank all those who cared for Carolyn over these many years. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Carolyn's memory be sent to Broome OPWDD 249 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, New York 13905, to benefit the residents at her group home.
