Michael L Sullivan, 73, passed away peacefully on April 10 at UHS Wilson Hospital after a brief illness. Mike was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Olga Sullivan and his brother in law Paul O'Neil. Mike is survived by his Brother Paul Sullivan, his sisters Mary Sullivan, Jean (Jim) Smith, and Ann O'Neil; his nephews, Daniel O'Neil, Luke (Nicole) O'Neil and Cameron Smith also by several cousins. Mike graduated from Catholic Central High School, SUNY Cobleskill, and Cal State Northridge with a BA in accounting. He was a Licensed CPA and practiced for many years in Binghamton before relocating to Raleigh, NC. Mike was a fan of the NY Giants, Notre Dame and Boston Celtics. He was an avid golfer, who golfed in many leagues in Raleigh and also Binghamton. He recorded a hole in one on #3 at Chenango Valley State Park. He was a regular at Ford Hill golf course where he played many rounds with his sister and brother in law. Rest in peace, Mike, you will be missed. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 12 noon. Rev. Msgr. Michael T. Meagher will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 12 noon.
