Carolyn is survived by her husband Dick; her four sons and their spouses, Rick and Theresa, Wally, David and Mary, and Bill along with 10 grandchildren, Andy, Jackie, Rebecca, Kelly, Joey, Patrick, Logan, Cameron, Ryan, and Jayden Webster and 18 great grandchildren. Carolyn was a lifelong resident of Binghamton, NY. She was born on September 15th 1938. She was a graduate of Binghamton Central High School. Her greatest passion in life was being a mother and she enjoyed supporting her sons in the activities they pursued, if that was traveling to hockey tournaments on cold winter days, getting dusty at the BMX races, or dancing to the bands they played in. She also enjoyed cruising with Dick in his antique cars, sailing, snowmobiling, and ice boating at the family cottage on Quaker Lake as well as front porch conversations at sunset with a gin and tonic in hand. She had a love of angels, Irish heritage and decorating the house for the holidays and watching the joy and smiles it brought to her children, nieces and nephews and then grandchildren. After raising her family, she worked for Lourdes Day Care and loved spending time and playing peak a boo with the infants. She also volunteered as a docent at Roberson Museum and was a member of the Binghamton Junior League. Carolyn's family would like to thank Debbie Eldridge and Lourdes Hospice for the support and help they provided during the last few months. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A.
