Obituary of William L. McPartland

Bill McPartland peacefully passed away on Jan. 30th 2021 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by his father John F McPartland, mother Elenora J McPartland, sister Donna McParltand and daugher Erin McPartland. He leaves behind daughter Kelly Musselman, Sister Carol McPartland, Granddaughters Lauren Musselman and Olivia Yellen, Great Grandson Beckett Yellen, companion Suzanne Malone and many others he loved and considered family. Born and raised in Binghamton and a Purdue graduate, Bill worked many years for both the Navy and FAA in the Washington DC area. Bill held a Pilots lic,a Captains lic and a Ham Radio lic with many other interests as well such as boating, fishing, and golfing. Once retired Bill spent summers in Alexandria Bay and winters at his home in Venice Fl. Bill was smart, funny and generous. He will be missed by all. A graveside service will be held on July 2, 2021 at Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, in section 21 at Noon. Rev. Msgr. John P. Putano will officiate.
