Obituary of Gerald J. Gallagher

Gerald J. Gallagher, 88, of Binghamton, died Monday April 26, 2021 at his home. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Art Monaco and by several nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked in Chicago for 25 years and was a volunteer at Catholic Charities and the Chamber of Commerce. He was also an avid gardener. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Highland Avenue, Binghamton, Thursday May 6, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Silver Lake, PA. The family will receive friends at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Thursday May 6, from 11 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The Mass will be livestreamed at tinyurl.com/12w5eun.
