Obituary of Mary E. Getter

Mary "Molly" Getter, 55, of Vestal, died Saturday December 5, 2020 at home. She was born on July 9, 1965 to Michael and Janet O'Connor McDonough. She was predeceased by her father Michael. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Getter; her son Daniel Getter, Endicott; her daughter Sarah Getter (Jordan), Vestal , her grandson Jackson; her mother, Janet McDonough; her sisters, Bridget Gow, Windsor and Shannon McDonough, Endicott; her close friend Carolyn (Stento) Pooler; and by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a graduate of Vestal High School and Broome Community College. Molly's seven year battle with cancer has ended. She is now at peace. A celebration of Molly's life will be held at a later date.
