Obituary of Frank A. Maddi Sr.

Maddi, Frank A., Sr. Binghamton: Frank A. Maddi Sr., 88 of Binghamton, died Fri., Oct. 18, 2013 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Katherine Maddi. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, James & Rita Maddi, Binghamton, Frank & Catherine Maddi, Endicott; five grandchildren, David & Jorie, James, Jonathan, Joseph, Michael; five great grandchildren, Luke, Dominic, Aaliyah, Reese, Rylee; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton. Frank retired from the IBM Corporation and was a former employee of the Kroehler Mfg. Corporation, retiring after 35 years of service. Frank was an avid reader, loved to walk and was a great cook. The family wishes to thank the staff of Wilson Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Frank. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Tues. from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Frank may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
