Arthur J. Hanrahan, 75, of Greene died Sunday November 3, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his parents Frederick and Iona Hanrahan, his brother Frederick, his wife of 53 years Rosemary K. Hanrahan and his son Christopher. He is survived by his children: Shannon and Tom Conroe, Shawn and Robin Hanrahan and Colleen Hanrahan; two grandchildren Stephanie Hanrahan and Rory Hanrahan; his siblings, Mary Kay Springer (Bob), Theresa Rosekrans (John), Maud Ann Brady, Frank Hanrahan (Catherine) and Rita Clarke (Mark), also several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a graduate of Vestal High School. He joined the U. S. Air Force in 1962 and served for 23 years and was honored to have the Chief Master Sergeant Arthur J. Hanrahan Award named after him. He was half owner of Cross Country Manufacturing and was a former member of the Coventry Town Board. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Friday, November 15, 2019 at 2 p.m. Rev. Msgr. John P. Putano will officiate. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Friday, November 15th from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in Arthur's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech Street, Johnson City, NY 13790.
